Welcome To Our Farm
Induchucuti Organic Farm is a small-scale farm owned and led by Celsa Ortega, who brings growing practices rooted in the traditions of Oaxaca and nurtured in the heart of Aromas, California. The name Induchucuiti comes from the language of Celsa's ancestors — a high Mixtec dialect spoken in Oaxaca, Mexico. It means "water bean that is planted in the ground after the first rain." For generations, this bean has been a staple food — eaten fresh as green beans, preserved, and dried to nourish families throughout the year. Today, that same ancestral seed grows under the California sun on Celsa's six-acre farm in Monterey County.
